Advance Kumite Seminar 2024 By Sensei Eyal Nir

The Advance Kumite Seminar 2024, organized by the All India Budo Shoto Karate Association-Japan Shotokan Karate Association (AIBSKA-JSKA), marked a milestone in martial arts training. Held on 14th and 15th December 2024 at Spring Club, Kolkata, the event brought together martial arts enthusiasts from across the globe for the 10th International Gasshuku.

This prestigious seminar featured training by Sensei Eyal Nir, a 7th Dan Black Belt (ITKF) and the founder of the Traditional Karate Federation of Israel. Renowned for his expertise, Sensei Eyal Nir shared his profound knowledge and techniques over two immersive days.

Day 1: Advanced Karate Concepts

The first day focused on advanced karate concepts, offering participants a deep dive into Kumite strategies, power applications, and precision techniques. Sensei Eyal Nir’s teaching emphasized both traditional and modern approaches to karate, enriching the learning experience.

Day 2: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Training

The second day shifted gears to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), where attendees explored grappling techniques, submission holds, and ground combat strategies. This blend of striking and ground-fighting skills provided participants with a well-rounded martial arts foundation.
